They don’t snap but have an opening at top that would probably hold a tube of chapstick and a few coins..Attached sash belt that ties in front. 100% Polyester. 11” flat waist with about 3” stretch, 7” rise, 30” inseam, 15” wide flare! There are a few stitches in the crotch that should be reinforced (small hole). Still super groovy!
